I think for a beginner weight lifter it might be hard to follow along because it goes so fast - but why not learn when you’re getting so much hands on support and tips on form from kind instructors? And it will help beginners learn exercise and proper form and technique to weight lift outside of the F45 setting I think, so very educational

There were a lot of push up variations in the workout so my shoulders and arms are sore, especially since yesterday was arms and back day for me. Overall it was good and will probably come back.

Some good but it was overall real bad and i’m sorry to say that. A more music inclined person on the team would be helpful to curate some more cool stuff. (just not top 40 pop remixes thet change every 20 seconds;)

She’s introduced totally new techniques, incorporates props in a thoughtful way - plus, the beat of her music is perfectly curated for each movement which makes the workout go by so quickly. A special thank you to Miriam for her tireless effort to often run the studio solo (she handles the busy lobby with so much grace) and for her sweat sessions that deliver a dopamine rush I can only really describe as addictive.

I find this distracting for my workout and disrespectful to the instructor when a rider spent 1/3 of the class on their phone. Makes for bad atmosphere! One person will not ruin my experience though, I look forward to coming back again.

I really appreciated the attention to detail and the more intimate class size. I had to swallow my pride a little bit lol but it’s for the better!! 😂. She was really funny and the energy energy was great. You could tell he knew what he was doing, which sometimes isn’t the case at other studios for Boxing specifically!!! I’m new to pilates so been shopping around different studios in the city to find a pilates class that aligns with what I’m looking for. The classes here are small (we had 4 people) but its also intimately challenging. I loved the intentionality behind it and how given the small class; the instructor was able to correct my form. I also appreciated how she guided us through the breathing while doing the movements. I find this the hardest with the studios I’ve been to — they do the movements but never tell you when to breathe in and out. As a newbie, I’m always unsure and constantly do it backwards. So I really appreciated the constant reminders because that way I know I’m actually engaging my core and not just doing the movements. Will definitely be coming back to try their other classes! Bonus: love supporting women owned businesses!

Vanessa took us through a variety of exercises for upper,lower,core and compound movements. Music was great and loved the low lighting. My only constructive criticism would be to demo a bit more about how to set up safely for the exercises (grounded feet, slight tuck to pelvis and ribs and engaged core) As someone who has done some training this is all automatic for me but it may not be for beginners. I really liked the high energy of the class, engagement, fun, and being constantly challenged. I would never anticipate there are so many exercises with kettlebells and it could be sooo challenging and fun. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to build lean muscles, develop body strength, and balance.
