During the yin yoga session, she made sure to incorporate beginner, intermediate, and advanced techniques for each pose. Monica is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a different instructor named Susan who was very welcoming and was intentional about guided me through the different postures since I had only done one other 26 posture class before.

alle beoordelingen weergevenGroove Pointe is so awesome! It's a great mix of music paces and a variety of movements. I enjoy incorporating light weights with dancing. JR (instructor) has great energy and explains everything clearly. Overall, Groove Pointe is such a fantastic way to unwind and just have some fun!
