alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was definitely different form of reformers pilates and I enjoyed it. you are laying down on the reformer and then doing some jumping motions exercises using the jumping board at the foot bar area. I felt this also incorporated some ballet movements which was interesting. Will try again in the future.

One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
