At Be Fit you can expect a 45 minute high intensity but low impact workout that incorporates… ACQUIRE (reformer based class all levels,a little faster paced than INITIATE)

I genuinely look forward to taking her classes (even though she counts down and stays at 3 for several counts before eventually getting down to 1). Thanks for being so great, Tressa. 🥰
