I joined the Serenity Flow candle somatic movement class, and it was honestly everything I didn’t know I needed. The atmosphere was calming, the lighting set the mood perfectly, and the flow of the class felt very intentional and relaxing. I really loved the focus on movement and how it allowed me to connect with my body in a different way. It wasn’t rushed or overwhelming—just a peaceful, grounding experience.
