Anna was so patient - I’m not a super active person so at times I had to take some breaks but she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all, and continuously tried to hype me up & encourage me. Her way of explaining was so clear. Whenever I was having any difficulty with technique, she’d be able to troubleshoot & give me tips, & I’d instantly notice improvement One class with her & I felt stronger & so accomplished by the end of it. He took the time to teach me several techniques and made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated as someone new to the class. I originally came in looking for a healthy outlet to release some stress and frustration, and the class ended up being exactly what I needed. It was a great workout and a very positive environment. I learned a lot and left feeling much better than when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn Taekwondo or just try something new!

There’s a rumor that their chair fitness class even has 88 year-old humans that are off the hook and crazy and 50 year-old people are challenged to keep up with them. I recommend this to any ability level as you can adjust it to meet your needs. The gym owner is a sweetheart. Her son also does massage and is incredibly gifted at touch. You should go.
