You do break a sweat and get the heart rate up and feel challenged but there’s such a lovely emphasis on being kind to yourself throughout and some more spiritual stuff that’s just very well done. I always leave feeling fantastic and feel so good for a few days after.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my session as requested in the notes. When I arrived, James offered me tea, sat me down and we had a lovely quick chat about what the wellness center is and the benefits of the offerings. He got me situated in the AI massage chair and started with a calibration program that helped the chair choose which program, pressure and areas the chair was going to focus on. The chair then went to work on my body in a zero gravity position. Lovely. Highly recommend the chair, the environment and James customer service. When I’m back in Cambridge I’ll be back.
