The class was somehow simultaneously really calming and incredibly intense, you get into this meditative state of deep focus on the burn and the correct form (I think that sums up the overall vibe of the studio too). The studio is such a beautiful space, the showers/facilities are great and everyone here is so lovely. Hope to be back again soon!
