The teacher was so mindful with all of his cues and assists, and I really appreciated the variety of pranayama, chanting, and readings included too. I sometimes couldn’t hear him very well as was very softly spoken, but maybe just me! Thank you for a wonderful practice 🙏🏼

I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

I’m not hugely flexible and there were adjustments offered for the poses if needed. Lisa made me feel very welcome and the studio space was lovely. I’ll definitely be back!

Such a beautiful zen space with all amenities including showers, lockers, cafe and a relaxation room! The receptionist was very helpful and made us feel very welcome which was so nice given my experience with front of the house staff at other similar studio. Will definitely go back.

Le cours a très bien été guidé, c’est vraiment ce que je recherche quand je pratique le yin… une safe place pour faire du bien à mon corps grâce à toutes ses positions d’étirement, et à mon esprit pour relâcher la pression.
