Her teaching style focuses on posture, alignment, and controlled movements rather than high-intensity cardio, making it a beautifully mindful yet challenging workout. I felt stronger and could really feel my muscles working throughout the class. I especially appreciated how she progressively built each exercise, adding layers and intensity with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Her energy was wonderful from beginning to end, making the entire class such an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I was genuinely impressed that he remembered me, even after I had been away for a few months. Such a lovely personal touch! The instructor was absolutely amazing! Her positive energy, friendly personality, and polite way of communicating made the entire class so enjoyable.
