Her kindness, friendly touch and nice skills provides the perfect mix for amazing swing lessons. I have done yoga before, but it was my first time experiencing Iyengar and I would say this class can be considered beginner friendly all the way up to advanced, according to how one approaches the practice. We had mixed levels in our group and it still felt a personalized experience thanks to the individual attention provided by Aparjita. I will be back for sure to work on implementing a better postore in my day to day life! Thank you for the amazing class :)

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
