Melissa, the instructor, did an excellent job offering modifications for those who wanted to challenge themselves while still keeping it accessible for newcomers. I was worried that the poses and strength training might overwhelm me, but the class left me feeling encouraged rather than discouraged. Melissa’s clear guidance made the experience enjoyable, and I’m excited to continue exploring yoga.
