Also good for people to know- $4 to rent a mat (because that’s nowhere in the description of the class at this moment). Great class, very sweaty, and I loved the long cool down at the end taking our time to stretch and check in with our body.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is one of the hardest yoga classes I’ve ever taken. I loved it!!! It didn’t feel very hot at first but by the end you could wring me out. I recommend this class if you’ve had some experience with yoga- all of the postures weren’t explained

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe restorative class was so relaxing and exactly what my mind and body needed. I’m a big fan of the integration of different sounds to meditate and relax . I also enjoyed the hot stones at the end. Lucy is awesome and attentive. She gives everyone the attention they need. Other folks in the class were friendly and overall I felt lots of positive energy from this studio and would return.
