The space was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. I was smiling the whole the time - the class was so much fun AND it was effective! I did get a nice workout in and I love how much we worked on balance. Really a well rounded class. Best of all…perfect for all ages! I am in my late 30s and I was the youngest one by quite a bit. I would go to this class every week if my schedule allowed. The sound bath is glorious, the energy in the room is calm and nourishing. Love, love, love this class and studio.
