alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is one of those classes that will have you breathless and potentially cursing during but also will have you leaving feeling empowered. John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish. This will definitely be a staple for me moving forward.

I tried my best and I’m proud of myself; instructor Erin is AMAZING! She really motivates you and pushes you to do your very best - she started the class on time and didn’t waste not one second of the session. I will definitely be back (once I recover a little LOL). Thank you so much Erin, you are the best!!
