This was my first time in a barre studio and I had no idea what to expect. The workout was high energy and really fun. And I asked one of the attendees about the clas and she was super friendly and supportive.

Great, engaging energy with lots of support to make sure movements were safe and effective for a great workout and really good form through the punching bags. Super effective- loved getting to do interval training with cardio fusion. She went above and beyond to take time after class for a bit and help me with stretching to help me prevent potential shoulder soreness, which I super appreciated!
