This was my first time in a barre studio and I had no idea what to expect. The workout was high energy and really fun. And I asked one of the attendees about the clas and she was super friendly and supportive.

The teachers are kind, knowledgeable and they make you feel like home. The students were also very nice. I really enjoyed this experience and learned a lot in just once class. It felt like a workout but artistic, relaxing and exciting at the same time.
