alle beoordelingen weergevenIf you haven’t done indoor cycling before or you’re just getting started, this is definitely the class you want to try. I did 4-5 classes at the studio before, but I hadn’t really gotten the hang of it until now. Taking that extra time to explain everything and how to do the movements made all the difference (or even setting up the bike… apparently I was doing it a bit wrong 😅). I wish the studio promoted these types of classes in advance to plan ahead and attend, and to bring other friends who want to try it.

The instructor was clear and her voice was soothing. I stretched out my joints and muscles and felt much better after the end of the session.
