The teacher takes time to give everyone in class personal attention to correct her students and encourages us to get out of our comfort zone with sensual movements and broader high energy dance. Today we danced to a Moulin Rouge burlesque pop song and our movements varied from pop to contemporary dance. In short, it's an eclectic and creative class that leaves you all sweaty at the end so you can have cake the next day! ;-)

I feel I’ve refined movements so much, especially my chair pose and side planks. She’s a really fun, funny teacher and has amazing transitions up her sleeve! Big recommend for students just starting out and more experienced yogis.
