alle beoordelingen weergevenI enjoyed this class so much. I have not worked out or stretched in years and had a bit of anxiety going into this class. Lara was so welcoming. I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

She gave clear cues and helped my husband and I, who are new to yoga, with pose accommodations when needed. It was a good work out that ended with a nice cool down. Definitely recommend!
