What I loved about last night was that the place is decorated for the season so right when you walk in it’s unique and gives off good energy. Class was busy/full and just what I needed after a long day - I really appreciate how Effie connects her words with the body so effortlessly. Thank you!

The setting was comforting and inviting there is also a coffee shop that has electrolyte revitalizing recovery shots. I tried the blue recovery one, very good.
