alle beoordelingen weergevenLauren was so much fun! Her commentary and direction during the class was not only helpful but also entertaining and encouraging. She had a great sense of humor and when you’re burning like that it is most definitely helpful! I will say I was a little confused walking into my first class only because the front desk woman didn’t do anything to direct me at all & so I walked into the wrong room since I had never been in before. I also didn’t know how to position myself in the room. BUT lauren made my experience go from a 5 to a 10! I will be back.

alle beoordelingen weergevenBarre is brand new to me. The instructor made sure I understood the moves and helped me modify some due to mobility issues with arthritis. This class is pretty intense, but doable for beginners if you pay attention to your body. Go for it!
