I really don’t think that I could do any of these exercises without his enthusiasm and the care that he shows in making sure that I am doing the exercises safely and correctly. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and was very patient and tactful in showing me new poses since it was my first Restore class and I have been to other CP classes but this one was a nice change!

We used kettle bells, dumbbells, jump rope, and the parking lot to burn calories. This is the spot to shred weight and tone!
