Tough parts were parking and finding the place-- Street parking was full on a Sunday afternoon, but found out there is a parking garage down the road. Also, my maps app routed me to a wrong location across the road and I had to ask for directions at a different gym. Eventually got there and got a good workout in!

alle beoordelingen weergevenMy second time at this studio, I definitely enjoyed today's workout more than the first. Lauren was great and encouraging. It wasn't challenging in the way I thought it would be. More in the micro movement and control-which definitely challenge me way. I definitely do this class again.

You can tell she is passionate about Pilates and yoga. the studio had about 7 reformers. luckily there were only 4 of us and we were able to do the jumping board. That was so much fun, and I had a really great workout.
