The session was well structured with a good balance of slow, controlled movements and strength work. The equipment felt solid and the studio was clean and calm. I’d recommend this class for beginners who want proper guidance and effective training.

She really knows what she’s doing with the body. The massage was exactly tailored to my needs, and she clearly understood what I was asking for.
