alle beoordelingen weergevenSuper Pilateskurs mit Ale! Häufig sind Pilateskurse in Berlin leider eher Yogakurse und ich bin oft enttäuscht - nicht so hier bei Becycle. Der Kurs war sehr professionell durchgeführt, Ale war super freundlich, hat persönliche Probleme erfragt, die ganze Zeit auf die richtige Haltung geachtet und bei Bedarf korrigiert. Das Studio selbst ist sehr einladend: modern, hell und sauber und es riecht überall ganz toll. In den gleichen Räumlichkeiten befindet sich außerdem ein süßes Café (von 8 bzw. 9-15h geöffnet). Große Empfehlung!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was a super cool experience, however if you are light or sound sensitive, just be aware. I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

alle beoordelingen weergevenDon’t be fooled - this isn’t a soft stretchy class! :-)) It’s a vigorous training with a ton of active stretching exercises that tone the body. Very good and intense, worked up a sweat! Class was way too full though, expect to get very close to your neighbours.

People talk loudly on their phones, and with each other before and after class. Also there is a sign that you are welcome to have some tea before class but there was no tea left before our class.
