Hier und da probiere ich mal andere Trainer aus, aber warum Margot für mich raussticht ist die Intensität, die Stimmigkeit und Übergänge der Übungen. Hier geht es wirklich um „muscle movement until failure“ 😄❤️🔥Die Playlist passt zu den Movements, sie gibt gute Corrections und sieht alle! Heute war meine Lieblingsstunde. sie hat einfach im Vorfeld nach Wünschen für die nächste Stunde gefragt und einfach meine Wünsche mit berücksichtigt- mehr Service und Fokus auf die Community geht nicht! She instructed the group so well, and gave every participant individual attention. Highly recommend her! The studio itself is a bit outdated with limited facilities, not very boutique… but the instructor is worth it and lit up the atmosphere as well!

I liked specially the full-body-exercises and the change of springs from heavy to light in the same leg exercise. I will visit her classes again.

His classes are genuinely challenging with great playlists that keep the energy high and every session feels fresh with a slightly different routine. He also pays close attention to everyone, actively correcting your form. Also if you're working around an injury, he always has an alternative option. Highly recommend!

The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩

I was welcomed with such warmth and positive energy, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The ambience is beautiful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the Lagree instructors are incredibly skilled, professional, and encouraging. You can really feel the passion and dedication behind what they do. It was such a perfect experience from beginning to end. A beautiful space, great energy, and an amazing workout.
