alle beoordelingen weergevenGorgeous studio, really nice space (a bit hard to find, make sure you come early if it’s your first time). The staff was really nice, and the instructor was lovely too. Flow wise I wish there was less b2b exercises os the wrists, but overall really good class.

I liked specially the full-body-exercises and the change of springs from heavy to light in the same leg exercise. I will visit her classes again.

I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍

The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩
