She made the session approachable for everyone, regardless of experience level. The space itself was beautiful, with a relaxing, homey vibe that made it easy to unwind and focus. It felt like the perfect place to practice yoga. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was a very fast paced, weight lifting centric class. I felt like I got an amazing workout and was able to modify what I needed to. If you want to push yourself I would definitely recommend.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI recently attended a Pilates class on a Tuesday, and overall, it was a nice experience. The class size was small, with about six people, which made it feel more personal. The workout itself was more traditional than I expected, focusing on the mind-body connection with a bit of a yoga twist. While I appreciated the approach, I was hoping for something more intense that left me with that post-workout burn, but the reps weren’t long enough for me to really feel it. That said, Tammy, the instructor, was super nice and welcoming. I might try other classes to see if they’re more my style.
