I love how she challenges all attendees, providing both mods and advancements. I came out feeling stretched and a little bit taller. Glad I braved today’s heatwave and attended this class to give me the much needed boost 😬

I enjoyed the class with just a right temperature, not too hot so that I can focus on my body rather than heat. The instructor lady was really helpful and corrected my posture as I was struggling to understand some of them as a novice with injury. The level of class was vary, but she was accommodating everyone quite well, providing different versions to follow. I recommend it!
