alle beoordelingen weergevenGood vibes in the room. The adjuster was great and helped me to get deeper into my forward bends, which has always been a challenge for me. I didn’t expect to sweat since this was a level one ( unheated) class. I should have brought a towel, because I was really sweating near the end. Perfect amount of challenge.
