alle beoordelingen weergevenThey are so wonderful here. The classes are just challenging enough but they’re appropriate for beginners because the teachers are SO helpful. They keep an eye to make sure you’re doing things with correct form and offering needed modifications. I highly recommend these classes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenAwesome!! Great for beginners. Everyone was so nice and the instructor was great at giving the feedback I needed to see improvement with my kicks/punches/stance. You are definitely going to sweat and you’ll be exhausted but it was so worth it. I’ll be back!!!!!
