It’s perfect for anyone looking to understand exactly how certain exercises should feel in the body to make your workouts more effective & protect against injury. It’s given me a lot to think about. Celine also followed up with a write up of her recommendations which was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Ask my consent before touching different part of my body or moving my underware. Check regularly about the pressure even if the massage could be a bit painful he repect your limit and it's all worth it at the end!
