I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

I especially appreciated the class intention of self-exploration which made the experience feel meaningful and grounding. The studio itself is one of coziest space in Stockholm.
