They provide you with all the equipment necessary and the teacher explains everything extremely well. one of the most intense classes I've ever been to. I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

It was my first time doing any exercise of this type and it felt safe, supportive, and empowering. Amazing full-body conditioning workout, and honestly the moves looked like something out of a video game 😄 So impressive to watch. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back.
