He immediately switched my treadmill spot with someone else's so I wouldn't be directly in front of the speaker. Throughout the class, he also helped correct my posture and even went out of his way to find the mat and resistance band I was looking for. I felt so supported! On top of that, he brings such a welcoming energy to his classes. I highly recommend signing up for John’s class!

I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.
