They provided cooling towels, water and cords to connect your phone to speakers. The staff- lovely lady was very helpful, upbeat and friendly. alle beoordelingen weergevenAmazing experience! Booked the private suite for myself and it was wonderful! Did 10 min in the sauna, 2 min cold plunge (3 times total) and ended with red light therapy. Was able to shower and change before leaving and it was extremely clean. Will definitely be back!!! 😀😀
