alle beoordelingen weergevenThis buns and obese class was way too much abs and way too little buns. It was like 1/4 buns and then lots of abs and planks. I also didn't like that 1/2 the leg work was on the rubber band at the front of the machine, rubber bands are unnatural and tight and feel strange compared to moving real weight with foot straps.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMy first time at Rare for their hot Pilates class. Taylor was awesome she had great energy about her. I thought the class started off slow but it definitely was challenging in the end! I think we wound up to be the perfect mix. Also loved the stretch at the end and the cool towel! I left my yoga mat there (you don’t need one only a towel!) :/ so I’ll have to come back soon to get it!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI absolutely loved my solidcore experience and Sabrina was amazing! She corrected my form and made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. It was my second solidcore class and I just jumped to the signature50 but I am glad I challenged myself and did. If you are newer to solidcore but have taken reformer Pilates before don’t be afraid to take signature 50!

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time, everything was pretty accessible (I planned my parking before the drive)! The class was so relaxing. I was able to fully ground myself in the class, and it was challenging! I am a sweaty girl, so even this room had me drenched by the end. Loved this place:)
