alle beoordelingen weergevenMaise taught a great class. Was challenging, but not torture with is my sweet spot. Abs are sore the next day which I appreciate. Very upbeat, explained instructions clearly and provided corrections when need. The space is a beautiful. I did get a little lost with my gps so just recommend making sure you have plenty of time to find it. Also, Elizabeth the receptionist was really sweet and showed me around the studio before class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI had a lot of fun with these ladies, a very friendly personable class, that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Wasn’t a super intense workout, but still felt like time was spent on all the areas and it was challenging enough that muscles will be sore tomorrow . Very comfortable atmosphere, and I liked that!
