alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed this class with Alison. She gave great adjustments, was kind and welcoming, and gave clear anatomically accurate cueing. As an advanced practitioner/teacher visiting from out of town, I felt comfortable in the serene space, I’m sure a brand new practitioner would feel equally comfortable as Alison seems to have a deep grasp of what she teaches. Mat rental was only $2 for a high end Lifeforme. I’ll be sure to visit again on my next visit to the city!
