She is genuinely one in a million - every week her classes exceed my expectations, and after doing barre weekly for nearly two years I really thought I might get bored of it/find it easy by now… but when you have an instructor like her that is physically impossible. I leave still shaking and barely able to walk down the stairs 😂 thank you sophie you are the BEST

I generally do a lot of different training.. all I can say Shannon’s classes are amazing and I left the practice feeling great both physically and mentally. Shannon has great energy and personality, he is a great Pilates teacher, he explains the exercises very well and he modifies them accordingly to any injury you may have or to the fitness level you may be able to endure. I highly recommend his classes and I am definitely going to sign up for more!

alle beoordelingen weergevenBecky is a very good dance teacher. She’s full of energy, positivity and very encouraging. The class is always fun with her. She’s smiling and friendly. You’ll never fell left out or nervous even if you’re beginner. I totally recommend her class if you like dancing as form of your regular exercise. 🙂
