    Great instructor, hard class for someone who hasn’t worked out consistently in a while but it was manageable and a great workout! no hands-on corrections which i prefer but i understand that post covid!

    TONEd DOWN: An Intro to btone

    The toned down class is great for beginners. Got there a few min early and Jessica explained all the components of the equipment and placements of hands and feet. I was able to take the machine right next to her during class which helped a lot. Great strength workout in 45 min without a ton of cardio so really enjoyed it. Would definitely go again.
