However, the coach, Rachel, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She was attentive to all her students, but particularly to me since it was my first class. Truly, it would not have been the same without her. If you visit, please attend a class with Rachel. She is highly dedicated to her students and maintains an excellent attitude.

They turn the lights to purple which creates a club vibe. Before you realize you burned a ton of calories and smiling the whole time. Definitely come check them out!!!!!

Her classes are so smooth in her transitions and directions yet so challenging. She consistently offers hand on corrections and modifications. Her energy is uplifting and you feel the class go by so fast with is true in a Pilates class. She makes working out something you can really look forward to. If you ever have an opportunity to take a class with Cristina, do it!
