alle beoordelingen weergevenNatalie is AMAZING! This was my second vinyasa class with her and I loved it just as much as the first. Her flows are incredibly challenging yet they’re sequenced so well that you feel like you can close your eyes and flow through them with ease. I really love the little battery operated candles that she places all around the room. They really add to the atmosphere and help set the tone for class. I appreciate her teaching style as well, she’s super personable and inviting. I truly wish she taught at the Hillcrest location regularly!

alle beoordelingen weergevenKarissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

alle beoordelingen weergevenCasey’s class is always great and well sequenced!!!! .There has been a guy coming to a lot of the morning classes who is doing what I think he thinks is ujjayi breathing but is not. It’s really distracting all of class (it sounds like constant loud snoring) - a few of the other students have made comments as well. Not a reflection on any of the classes or the studio, it just makes it more difficult to enjoy/relax.

alle beoordelingen weergevenClass was originally going to be taught by Nazli (my favorite) and at first I was disappointed, but I ended up being so impressed with Sarah. Both for her ability to teach this class completely on the fly, and her very welcoming and fun teaching style! I'm definitely a fan and looking forward to her classes now too. I should have known better, you really can't go wrong with any of the instructors here!
