alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat tempo. The sculpt class is more of a heated mat pilates class than yoga sculpt. But nonetheless, great class and Sara does a great job of creating a zen space with challenging circuits. There’s no yelling involved which is much appreciated!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI had a wonderful experience at this studio. The front desk staff and the instructor were very calm, peaceful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

Tina was subbing so not sure how often she teaches this class but she did a great job explaining the meanings behind the mantras, guiding our movement, and offering options for various skill levels.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI absolutely love Adam’s flow classes. He is one of my favorite yoga instructors I have ever had the pleasure of practicing with. They have a good story arc with some heat in the middle and the right balance of stretch, balance, challenge and finding mental stillness. The only thing that would make it better is if it started at 5:45 pm instead of 5:30, as it’s really challenging for me to leave work early enough to get to class on time. 🙏

This is a veryyy slow class, each pose was held for about 10 minutes. The class was very focused on your breathing techniques and mindfulness. I appreciate the way Jewels walked us through everything and she didn’t just leave us there to fall asleep. Being in the salt room was definitely the best part of it all. I don’t think this type of class is for everyone but I do recommend everyone to experience the salt room at least once
