    Class was great, I do wish they would have updated their amenities information to be accurate. It listed that they have showers and they in fact, do not. I came to a class before work thinking I could shower there but was disappointed when there was none. Would still come again.

    Krystel is an excellent instructor, she makes everyone feel welcome and brings top-notch energy every week! You can tell she truly loves the class as much as we, the students do. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in fun movement and music for exercise. I’ve found this class to be an inviting community of passionate and kind women, and can’t think of a better way to spend Monday night.
