alle beoordelingen weergevenSteven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

The small class size allowed for a lot of 1-on-1 instruction. JR gave great direction on form and tips on how to improve. The workout was tough but well worth it. I will definitely be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenJoanne was really great, it was my first time trying boxing and she took the time to run me through the basics (multiple times!) and make sure my form was correct. The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!
