They seem to have a good system going on, just checked the bagel order against their own screen and my name. Didn't need a photo of mine. Went around 1.45pm, no queue, no crowd, bagel came out within 10min. Option to enjoy my bagel within the diner too. Good serving of salmon - just check your Claaspass plan to make sure it's worth your credits (v. retail price)
