alle beoordelingen weergevenHave been to Ms Kae Ren’s beginner pointe class several times and really loved it! The class starts with exercises in flat shoes before progressing to pointe shoes. It’s quite beginner-friendly. So far, all exercises can be done with both hands holding the barre. There’s also a sense of progression between classes. In the last session, I even tried jumps en pointe for the first time.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMr Rudy is a great teacher, he’s really good at giving corrections while keeping this beginners class interesting by adding some more slightly challenging moves. Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

I like that she constantly demonstrates and do up to 90% of all the moves together with us, this helps me to check my form against hers through the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Her class makes me wanna push myself more to fulfil the poses. My body definitely felt the burn!
