Just when I think my form is good, she comes in and adjusts me in the tiniest little way that makes the biggest difference. All I can say is this woman knows what she’s doing. She really cares. Every single class I take with her she says something that teaches me more about the muscle group, the intention behind the move, and lagree method itself. 10/10 she is my queen
