    Cocoon Sound Bath

    Laying in the hammock was a wonderful touch to the sound bath experience. It felt like I was being suspended in time and space. Appreciate Debbie checking with us on the temperature before class started. There’ll be snores around cos it was really relaxing. Don’t worry you’ll be snoring at some point too 🤣💤
