Red Light Therapy Session
alle beoordelingen weergevenWow! I love red light, and to be in a red light bed, just awesome. Felt great after. I will be back. Paired with my 30 minute sauna session it was a great way to recover from a workout.

alle beoordelingen weergevenHave been here several times. Really enjoyed that the treatment description is accurate to the experience. The staff is really attentive but not overbearing. They’re also kind and receptive to any constructive feedback. It’s a relaxing space with optional aromatherapy. However there were no overbearing scents of essential oil in the shared atmosphere for people who are sensitive to that. If you are in a timed treatment room you can hear timers sometimes but it’s not too loud and pretty non-intrusive. I think the value is really good too I just wish they would bring back the cold plunge only option on classpass 🥲 Love cold plunges but not a big dry sauna person.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI will definitely be coming back! The entire experience was relaxing. I enjoy the option of tonics beforehand and choosing which aromatherapy. Sauna was great and you can also choose the color therapy within the sauna. Peppermint cooling towels available to grab when you get too warm. Mineral shower with everything you need after and relaxing in the sandy beach area after with tea added so much to the experience. The staff was friendly and informative. My appointment was right at open so it was very quiet throughout the space.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI always do the sauna and cold plunge combo. It’s a great reset after a tough workday, and I think it helps with inflammation and pain.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI have always wanted to do a dexa scan to check out my bone health, and didn’t realize it was also used for body composition so it was nice to get that insight. Staff was friendly and explained the results in terms of wellbeing and prevention. I also did the infrared sauna pod, which helps with lymphatic drainage. It was really relaxing and was a good intro to their wellness model. I booked a few other sessions while I was there for the introductory package for things that are not yet offered on ClassPass, and I’m excited to return!
